Apparel Manager
Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years supervisory experience in the garment industry, must be familiar with Brother sewing equipment and have seamstress level sewing skills. Supervisory responsibilities consist of the direct supervision of department lead personal and the indirect supervision of line employees. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop/coach employees and the ability to resolve employee issues within the parameters of company policy and procedure. Manage inventory levels and oversee purchasing of raw materials and supplies. Ensure that production personnel and equipment are scheduled and optimized to meet daily production requirements in a cost effective manner.
High School diploma required, familiar with ISO 9000 preferred but not required. Company will consider relocation expenses for the right candidate.
